- GoLang als Programmiersprache im Backend dient der extremen Skalierbarkeit,
- Vue.js als Frontend-Framework,
- Domain-cut Self-Contained Systems werden als architektonische Basis verwendet,
- MinIO als Objektspeicherlösung
- Keycloak als SSO-Lösung
Tätigkeitsbereich
Development of user interfaces for interactive systems. Responsible for intuitive user-centred solutions & services and the appealing design of workflows and layouts for any kind of displays, interaction platforms or interaction systems.
Operational core tasks
- Designing engaging workflows and layouts for any type of display, interaction platform or interaction system
- Develop original and engaging social media content ideas that effectively communicate the brand message and increase audience engagement
- Development of guidelines and style guides
- Development of user-centred information architecture/interaction workflows
- Idea generation in terms of original solutions & services
- Moderation of the UX/UI part in workshops
- Advice on & creation of design concepts and conceptual design solutions, including the aesthetically sophisticated use of typography
- Designing presentations
- Support with sales & pitch presentations
- Supporting the team with requirements analyses, cost estimates and the formulation of offers
Strategic tasks
- Further development of the client from a creative-design and conceptual perspective
- Evaluating new professional trends as well as market and industry trends by actively observing the digital sector and leading competitors
- Development of strategies for online campaigns, taking into account a sensible communication mix and visualisation of campaign ideas across all (digital) media formats
Deine Qualifikationen
Professional and interdisciplinary requirements
- More than 2 years of professional experience in digitally driven companies
- English: B2
- German: B2
- Confident handling of common design and visualisation programs (Adobe CC, Figma)
- Good knowledge of common tools such as MS Office, Axure, remote tools, etc.
- Precise and pixel-perfect way of working
- Good knowledge of usability methods and UX design
- Expertise in designing layouts and workflows for any type of display, interaction platform or interaction system
- Initiative and strategic eye for continuous improvement requirements
- Creative, conceptual thinking
- Good understanding of the various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and their specific requirements and best practices for content creation
- Good communication skills
- Effective self-organisation and prioritisation of tasks and adherence to schedules and deadlines
- Open to new ideas and well-informed
- In dealing with people: convincing, charming, with integrity, positive
- Induction of new employees and juniors (mentorship)
