- GoLang als Programmiersprache im Backend dient der extremen Skalierbarkeit,
- Vue.js als Frontend-Framework,
- Domain-cut Self-Contained Systems werden als architektonische Basis verwendet,
- MinIO als Objektspeicherlösung
- Keycloak als SSO-Lösung
Tätigkeitsbereich
Your area of responsibility
- Development and design of digital interfaces, taking into account current UX/UI best practices
- Developing creative concepts and visual worlds for campaigns, in particular in close collaboration with copywriters and creative concept developers
- Independently implementing client briefings: from conception (e.g. developing an overarching concept) to the creation of individual assets
- Creating style guides and modular design systems
- Providing visual and conceptual support for pitches and presentations
- Creating and design support for presentation decks
- Designing appealing visuals that convey strategic and creative ideas
- Moderating the UX/UI part in workshops and actively advising clients on design concepts and creative solutions
- Observing trends and innovations in the digital and visual field for the further development of our projects and clients

Deine Qualifikationen
Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in UX/UI design and/or creative design in digitally driven companies or agencies
- Confident use of common design and visualisation programmes (Adobe CC, Figma)
- Creative and conceptual thinking with a good sense of storytelling, imagery and brand aesthetics
- Knowledge of usability methods and UX design, combined with a precise, pixel-perfect approach
- Experience in developing ideas for campaigns, preferably in interdisciplinary teams (e.g. together with copy, strategy, motion)
- High level of initiative, strategic eye for customer needs and desire to drive projects forward holistically
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German, confident and professional manner
- Openness to new ideas, diverse sources of inspiration and the ability to incorporate these creatively into projects
- Team spirit and enjoyment of working together on strong concepts and designs
- German proficiency C1/C2
- English proficiency B2+
