Your Tasks
- Du leitest und motivierst ein interdisziplinäres Team
- Mit deinem Team übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ausgewählte Agenturkunden und entwickelst diese gemeinsam strategisch weiter
- Deine Expertise bringst du in anspruchsvolle Digitalprojekte mit ein und unterstützt dein Team aktiv bei der Umsetzung von Projekten
- Entlang der Agenturziele entwickelst du dein Team und deine Teammitglieder individuell weiter
- Gemeinsam mit den anderen Führungskräften arbeitest du an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Kultur von SUNZINET
Your Profile
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Digitalbranche mit, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld
- Du bist ein kreativer Kopf mit strategischer Affinität und möchtest frische Ideen und Impulse in die Agentur einbringen
- Du bist Teamplayer, Vorbild und Motivator für dein Team
- Idealerweise bringst du schon erste Führungserfahrung mit

Training and Continuing Education
All SUNZIs have a budget in terms of time and money that can be used flexibly for personal training. Decide for yourself whether you would like to pursue a professional career as an expert or whether you are more interested in the role of team lead, for example.
Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.
In addition, every SUNZI has the opportunity to choose its place of work.
