Your Tasks
Du wirst verantwortlich sein für:
- Einbringung von Best Practice für Salesforce-Lösungen und Systemarchitekturen
- Erstellung von Projektplänen, Schätzungen und Zeitplänen sowie die Verwaltung von Change Requests und Issues
- Konfiguration und Anpassung von Salesforce -Funktionalitäten
- Integration von Salesforce in externe Systeme und Anwendungen
- Testing und Qualitätsmanagement sowie Bereitstellung von Lösungen
- Durchführung und Supportbetreuung von Endusern und Administratoren
- Gelegentliche Teilnahme an Events, Workshops, Beratungen bei unseren Kunden oder in unseren Niederlassungen
- Projektmanagement Tätigkeiten und Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinäre Teams
- Unterstützung unseres Business Development Teams hinsichtlich Ausschreibungen und laufender Projekte
Your Profile
- Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Salesforce Consultant, oder einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Du bringst mind. 2 Salesforce-Zertifizierungen mit und das könnten z.B. sein:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Du bringst ein schnelles Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen, Anforderungen und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden mit
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit zur Verwaltung mehrerer Projekte und zur Priorisierung von Aufgaben
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Technical Equipment
You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.

You love to travel? So do we! With us, you have the opportunity to work four weeks a year from other European countries. If the requirements for the workplace are met, there is nothing to stop you from enjoying a change of scenery.
Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.
In addition, every SUNZI has the opportunity to choose its place of work.
Dogs allowed
SUNZINET is happy to support dog owners and allows dogs to be brought into the agency, provided that all colleagues in the office agree.
Training and Continuing Education
All SUNZIs have a budget in terms of time and money that can be used flexibly for personal training. Decide for yourself whether you would like to pursue a professional career as an expert or whether you are more interested in the role of team lead, for example.
