Your Tasks
Allgemeine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von Benutzeroberflächen für interaktive Systeme
- Verantwortlich für intuitive benutzerzentrierte Lösungen und Services und die ansprechende Gestaltung von Workflows und Layouts für jede Art von Displays, Interaktionsplattformen oder Interaktionssysteme
Operative Kernaufgaben
- Entwicklung origineller und ansprechender Ideen für Social-Media-Content, die die Markenbotschaft effektiv kommunizieren und das Engagement der Zielgruppe steigert
- Entwicklung von fachlichen Leitlinien und Styleguides
- Erarbeitung von nutzerzentrierten Informationsarchitektur/Interaktions-Workflows
- Moderation des UX/UI-Parts in Workshops und Unterstützung bei Vertriebs- und Pitchpräsentationen
- Beratung und Erstellung von Designkonzepten und konzeptuell-gestalterischen Lösungen, inkl. dem ästhetisch anspruchsvollen Einsatz von Typografie
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Anforderungsanalyse, Kostenschätzungen und der Formulierung von Angeboten
- Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitenden und Junioren (Mentorship)
Strategische Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden aus kreativ-gestalterischer und konzeptioneller Sicht
- Evaluierung neuer fachlicher Trends sowie Markt- und Branchentrends durch aktive Beobachtung der Digital-Branche und der führenden Wettbewerber
- Entwicklung von Strategien für Online-Kampagnen unter Berücksichtigung eines sinnvollen Kommunikationsmix und Visualisierung von Kampagnenideen über alle (digitalen) Medienformate
Your Profile
- Du hast mind. zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im digital Bereich gesammelt
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse von Usability-Methoden und UX-Design
- Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Design- und Visualisierungs-Programmen (Adobe CC, Figma)
- Außerdem hast du gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Tools wie MS Office, Axure, Remote-Tools o.a.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist Exakt und pixelgenau
- Du gestaltest nicht zum ersten Mal Layouts und Workflows für jede Art von Displays, Interaktionsplattformen oder Interaktionssysteme
- Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für die verschiedenen Social-Media-Plattformen (wie Facebook, Instagram, Twitter usw.) und ihrer spezifischen Anforderungen und Best Practices für die Content-Erstellung
- Du bist Repräsentant der Agentur: Kulturelle Identifikation, Leben und Vermitteln von Purpose / Werte / Spirit

Home Office

You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.
