Your Tasks
Als Consultant (m/w/d) im Bereich Employee Experience & Internal Communication bei SUNZINET bist du für die ganzheitliche Betreuung der abwechslungsreichen, digitalen Kundenprojekte sowie die aktive Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbeziehungen eigenständig verantwortlich. Du arbeitest bei uns Standort übergreifend und international mit ambitionierten Unternehmen.
Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören zudem:
- Entwicklung von Ideen & Strategien für moderne Interne Kommunikation sowie Verbesserung der Employee Experience für unserer Kunden mit dem Fokus auf moderne Social Intranet Projekte
- Planung und Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen inkl. Moderation von Workshops und Formatplanung inkl. Aufbau von Internen Kommunikationsformaten sowie weiteren Maßnahmen unter anderem Social Intranet Projekten
- Starke Zusammenarbeit mit den Intranet-Expert:innen im Team sowie Begleitung von Intranet-Relaunch Projekten
- Unterstützung der Projektmanager:innen bei Projektplanung und Steuerung
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den Expert:innen aus den weiteren Bereichen im Team bspw. Change Management
Your Profile
- Bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Interne Kommunikation und Digitalisierung
- Hohe Affinität und Interesse im Digitalen Umfeld
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen zu Methoden für Bedarfsanalysen bspw. Personas, Interviews, etc.
- Sicherer und souveräner Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstil in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sehr guter Umgang mit Microsoft365 (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Branchenspezifische Qualifikation bspw. abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen BWL, Digitale Medien oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Reisebereitschaft für Kundentermine

Technical Equipment
You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.
