Your Tasks

 

  • Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts for targeted marketing efforts
  • Create and coordinate personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, social media, and web
  • Organize interviews, podcasts, online/ offline meetings
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies
  • Manage marketing budgets related to ABM campaigns,ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in account-based marketing

 

Your qualifications

 

 

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing or related areas
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism or a related field
  • English C1/C2
  • German – nice to have
  • Marketing Experience: Experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on account-based strategies
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign success
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content and interacting with stakeholders
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Experience in cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work well in a team environment
