Your Tasks
Wir suchen für die Tage Montag und Mittwoch eine studentische Aushilfe am Empfang, der unsere Besucher:innen und Kolleg:innen mit einem freundlichen Lächeln empfängt.
- Du bist erster Kontakt vor Ort sowie am Telefon und ein wichtiges Mitglied in unserem Administration-Team
- Der Empfang und die Bewirtung unserer Kunden sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung der Konferenzräume gehört ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich
- Du bist für die Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost bzw. E-Mails sowie die Telefonzentrale verantwortlich
- Du erledigst administrative Sekretariatsaufgaben
Your Profile
- Du befindest dich aktuell im Studium an einer Hochschule oder Fachhochschule
- Deine kommunikative und zuvorkommende Art sowie dein souveränes Auftreten zeichnen dich im Umgang mit Besucher:innen und Kolleg:innen aus
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und der Blick über den Tellerrand sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache fließend und bringst idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Englisch mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab
