Your Tasks
Für einen definierten Mitarbeitendenkreis übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben der Personalbetreuung und unterstützt darüber hinaus im Recruiting und in der HR Kommunikation.
- Mitarbeitendenbetreuung: Ansprechperson für alle personalbezogenen Themen – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Personaladministration: Anfertigen von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
- On- und Offboarding: Unterstützung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitenden beim Einstieg sowie Organisation eines reibungslosen Austrittsprozesses
- An- und Abwesenheitsmanagement: Verwaltung von Urlauben, Krankmeldungen und anderen Abwesenheiten sowie Pflege der digitalen Personalakten
- Recruiting: Unterstützung im gesamten Bewerbungsprozess mit Fokus auf einer positiven Candidate Experience.

Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.
In addition, every SUNZI has the opportunity to choose its place of work.
