Your Tasks
✨ Erster Eindruck zählt: Am Empfang begrüßt du unsere Gäste und Mitarbeitenden sowohl persönlich als auch telefonisch und sorgst mit deiner offenen und professionellen Art für eine herzliche Atmosphäre.
☕ Empfang & Service: Du betreust unsere Kund:innen und Gäste, kümmerst dich um die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Konferenzräume und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
📞 Kommunikationsprofi: Du bearbeitest die Ein- und Ausgangspost, koordinierst die Telefonzentrale und verwaltest E-Mails – immer mit einem Blick fürs Detail.
📋 Administrative Unterstützung: Vielfältige Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsaufgaben machen deinen Arbeitsalltag abwechslungsreich und spannend.
Your Profile
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert und suchst einen (Wieder-) Einstieg in Teilzeit
- Mit deinem Führerschein der Klasse B bist du mobil und flexibel
- Der Umgang mit MS-Office fällt dir leicht, und du bist sicher in der Anwendung
- Deine kommunikative und zuvorkommende Art bringt Menschen zum Lächeln
- Du trittst souverän auf und überzeugst mit deiner hohen Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
