Your Tasks

 

General Tasks

  • Development of creative, brand-appropriate design concepts for digital and print media
  • Design of branding, advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and corporate designs
  • Creation of visual guidelines and mood boards for brand development
  • Design of advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and web layouts

Core Operational Tasks

  • Design of digital and printed advertising materials (e.g., social media, presentations, brochures, flyers)
  • Ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels
  • Development and implementation of creative concepts for online and offline campaigns
  • Presentation of design solutions and consulting on design-related topics
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external service providers (e.g., printing companies, photographers)

Strategic Tasks

  • Further development and maintenance of brand identities
  • Support in the conception and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies
  • Contribution to the expansion and development of the design department within the company
  • Monitoring trends in graphic design, branding, and advertising media

 

Your qualifications

 

 

  • Experience in designing brand identities, print, and digital media
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Creative sense for colours, typography, and visual language
  • Proficiency in design and layout tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate across disciplines
  • Experience with agile working methods and enjoyment of a flexible, dynamic environment
  • English proficiency (C1)
  • German- C1
