Als Junior UX/UI Designer (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Team bei der Entwicklung kreativer und nutzerzentrierter Designlösungen für Digitalprojekte. Du arbeitest an der Gestaltung unserer Markenkommunikation, entwickelst innovative Konzepte und sorgst für eine ansprechende visuelle Umsetzung über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg.
Your Tasks
- Entwicklung kreativer Designkonzepte für digitale und Printmedien (Branding, Kampagnen, Corporate Design)
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Werbemitteln für Social Media, Web, Präsentationen und Print
- Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenkommunikation über alle Kanäle
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern (z. B. Fotografen, Druckereien)
- Beobachtung aktueller Designtrends und Weiterentwicklung der Markenidentität
Your Profile
- Erste Erfahrungen im UX/UI-Design und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in den gängigen Design-Tools (z. B. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch)
- Ein Gespür für Designtrends und Markenästhetik
- Kreativität, Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.

Technical Equipment
You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.
