Als Change Manager (m/w/d) Employee Experience & Internal Communication bei SUNZINET begleitest du Unternehmen bei digitalen Veränderungsprozessen. Du übernimmst die Beratung und Umsetzung von Intranet-Einführungen, unterstützt bei der Optimierung interner Kommunikationsstrategien und treibst kulturelle Veränderungen voran.

Your Tasks

  • Entwicklung von Ideen und Strategien für eine moderne, interne Kommunikation und Verbesserung des Mitarbeitererlebnisses mit dem Fokus auf moderne Social Intranet Projekte
  • Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen sowie Moderation von Workshops und Formatplanungen, einschließlich interner Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Aktivitäten
  • Entwicklung von Veränderungsstrategien und kreativen Leitbildern/Schlüsselideen, Durchführung von Workshops und Coaching von Führungskräften
  • Planung der Erfolgsmessung von Veränderungsmaßnahmen und Erstellung von Veränderungsplänen und Roadmaps
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen und konzeptionellen Planung von Intranet-Projekten
  • Unterstützung der Project Manager bei der Projektplanung und -steuerung

Your Profile

  • Du bist ein Change-Profi – du weißt, wie man Veränderungsprozesse erfolgreich gestaltet und kommuniziert
  • Interne Kommunikation begeistert dich – du verstehst, wie wichtig klare Botschaften für den Wandel in Unternehmen sind
  • Methodenkompetenz - du bringst Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Change Management und Bedarfsanalysen mit, z.B. Personas oder Interviews
  • Microsoft 365 ist dein Spielfeld – ob Teams, PowerPoint oder SharePoint Online, du kennst dich aus
  • Tech-Affinität – du begeisterst dich für digitale Trends und Innovationen
  • Kommunikationsstark & reisebereit – du präsentierst sicher auf Deutsch & Englisch, egal ob remote oder auch beim Kunden vor Ort

  Home Office

We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.

In addition, every SUNZI has the opportunity to choose its place of work.

You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.
