Als Project Manager (m/w/d) Employee Experience & Interne Kommunikation bei SUNZINET übernimmst du eigenständig die Steuerung spannender Intranet-, App- und Digital-Workplace-Projekte. Dein Fokus: effizientes Projektmanagement und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenbeziehungen.

Your Tasks
- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kundenprojekte, Kampagnen und das interdisziplinäre Team
- Du übernimmst die Planung, Steuerung und Realisierung unserer Projekte
- Du erstellst Kalkulationen, Präsentationen, Projekt-Timings und Angebote
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung im magischen PM-Dreieck „Budget, Time and Quality“
- Du behältst die Projektziele für unsere Kunden stets im Blick
Your Profile
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und Controlling (agiler) digitaler Projekte mit
- Interne Kommunikation begeistert dich – du bringst gutes Gespür für Stakeholder-Management, Kommunikationskonzepte oder Intranet und Apps mit
- Tool-Expertise – du bist sicher im Umgang mit Jira, Confluence & Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint Online)
- Kommunikationsstark & reisebereit – du präsentierst sicher auf Deutsch & Englisch, egal ob remote oder auch beim Kunden vor Ort
- Ein Auge für das große Ganze und Liebe zum Detail sind für dich kein Widerspruch

Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.
In addition, every SUNZI has the opportunity to choose its place of work.

You love to travel? So do we! With us, you have the opportunity to work four weeks a year from other European countries. If the requirements for the workplace are met, there is nothing to stop you from enjoying a change of scenery.

Technical Equipment
You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.
