Your Tasks

 

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Business Development Assistant (BDA) to join our sales team. As a BDA you will mainly be responsible for presales work and supporting our Business Development Managers (BDM) in generating new business opportunities and preparing deals. You will also act as an important interface to the marketing team.

Tasks:

  • CRM maintenance: managing and updating customer data in the CRM system to ensure an accurate and up-to-date database,
  • Preparation and editing of presentations: Creating and customising presentations for meetings and customer visits,
  • Prospecting: Identifying potential customers by researching and contacting them via telephone, email and social selling on LinkedIn,
  • Lead qualification: In-depth research and qualification of leads to understand their needs, goals and budget,
  • Lead nurturing: Nurturing and developing leads until they are handed over to the business development managers,
  • Appointment setting: Booking meetings for Business Development Managers to present our solutions,
  • Marketing support: Working with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted measures.

 

Your qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • Research skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and gather relevant information,
  • Ability to work in a team: Ability to work effectively in a team and achieve goals together,
  • Resilience: Ability to deal with rejection and continuously improve,
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners,
  • Proficient language skills: English B2+ and German C2.


Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing or a related field,
  • Completed training in a relevant field,
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer acquisition,
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software is desirable.
