Als E-Commerce Consultant (m/w/d) bei SUNZINET übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Kundenführung und begleitest digitale Projekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Umsetzung – mit einem klaren Fokus auf strategischer Beratung, technischer Konzeption und der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Plattformen.
Your Tasks
- Strategische Beratung und Kundenführung im Bereich E-Commerce
- Anforderungsaufnahme, -analyse und -priorisierung im engen Austausch mit internen Stakeholdern
- Konzeption technischer Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Development und Enterprise Architecture – mit Fokus auf der Überführung von Anforderungen in tragfähige Lösungsarchitekturen
- Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zur optimalen Umsetzung digitaler Projekte und Initiativen
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Plattformen, einschließlich Qualitätssicherung, Testing und fachlicher Abnahme
- Durchführung von Beratungen und Workshops, u. a. im Presales-Kontext oder zur Anforderungsklärung bei neuen Partnerprojekten
Your Profile
- Branchenspezifische Qualifikation, z. B. ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik, E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Praxiserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position – idealerweise im Agenturumfeld, in der Beratung oder im digitalen Produktmanagement
- Neugier und Bereitschaft – du verfolgst Trends und Entwicklungen im digitalen Handel aktiv und bringst Impulse für Kundenprojekte und unsere eigene Weiterentwicklung ein
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe Verlässlichkeit in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und Kunden
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, mit einem hohen Maß an Selbstorganisation
- Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten in Workshops sowie ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und technische Zusammenhänge

Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.

You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.

Dogs allowed
SUNZINET is happy to support dog owners and allows dogs to be brought into the agency, provided that all colleagues in the office agree.
