Als Junior Growth Partner Marketing Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest du aktiv an der Planung und Umsetzung gemeinsamer Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten. Du unterstützt bei Partner-Events, Kampagnen und der Pflege von Partnerbeziehungen, um die Sichtbarkeit und Leadgenerierung zu steigern.
Your Tasks
- Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung gemeinsamer Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten mit Technologiepartnern (z. B. Events, Webinare, Whitepapers, Messen)
- Aktives Management und Ausbau bestehender Partnerschaften sowie Identifikation neuer gemeinsamer Projekte
- Organisation und Durchführung von Partnerveranstaltungen und Messeauftritten zur Steigerung von Sichtbarkeit und Leadgenerierung
- Erstellung kreativer, zielgruppenspezifischer Kampagnen und Inhalte in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern (z. B. Blog, Newsletter, Social Media)
- Analyse der Performance gemeinsamer Aktivitäten und Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Erste Berufserfahrungen im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im Partner- oder Channel-Marketing bzw. Agenturumfeld
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten, Events und Content-Formaten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe soziale Kompetenz und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
