Your Tasks

About the role:
We are a dynamic agency looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Accountant to join our in-house team in Germany(preferably part-time). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll for our German employees, including full-time, part-time, mini-jobbers and temporary staff.

•  Independently manage and execute payroll processes for all German employees.

•  Ensure compliance with German tax regulations, social security requirements, and other statutory obligations.   

•  Handle special payroll topics such as company car taxation, employee benefits, and other compensation-related matters.   

•  Utilize payroll and HR software tools (preferred Agenda, which is in use) or other preferred systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.  

Your qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant (at least 4 years of experience), 

•  In-depth knowledge of German payroll regulations and best practices,  

•  Strong understanding of taxation, social security, and related payroll topics in Germany,

•  Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail,

•  English proficiency B2.
