Your Tasks

• You work closely with our clients' marketing departments and develop innovative solutions with them
• As a trusted advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers and can provide them with the right answer to their questions
• Your experience includes preparing training documents independently and holding training sessions with the customer
• You manage your projects independently on this basis, including resource and budget planning
• You enjoy personal development and are open to learn new things

Your qualifications

• You already have a relevant Salesforce certification (Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, or similar)
• You are familiar with mail marketing and can carry out adaptations in the code (HTML and CSS) as well as apply best practice standards (IP warming, deliverbility in various clients)
• You have experience integrating with other Salesforce systems and have a basic understanding of the Marketing Cloud API architecture
• You can handle the individual studios within the Marketing Cloud and advise customers on configuration and use cases
• AMPScript is not a foreign language for you, and you can also use cross-platform functions such as (http and Salescloud read/write/update).(Another programming language, e.g. PHP, would be an advantage)
• You have basic knowledge of JavaScript (jQuery knowledge is an advantage)
• You know the data model of the Marketing Cloud and can also handle system-relevant entities and address them using SQL
• Based on your experience, you can design landing pages with common web frameworks such as Bootstrap and design robust lead capture flows
• Fluent English language skills (C1)
• German is not a must, but rather a "nice to have" skill
