Als Junior Technical Intranet Manager (m/w/d) bei SUNZINET betreust du abwechslungsreiche  Intranet-Projekte fachlich und technisch – von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Du entwickelst moderne Intranet-Lösungen im Rahmen ganzheitlicher Digital-Workplace-Strategien und agierst als technischer Sparringspartner für unsere Kunden.

Your Tasks

  • Entwicklung von Ideen und Strategien für ein modernes Intranet als zentrales Tool der internen Kommunikation – inklusive Integration in den digitalen Arbeitsplatz unserer Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei Bedarfs- und Anforderungsanalysen sowie Auswahl geeigneter Intranet-Lösungen (z. B. SharePoint Online, SharePoint Add-ons oder Staffbase)
  • Durchführung von Konzeptionsphasen: Erstellung von Grob- und Feinkonzepten, Informationsarchitekturen, Sitemaps und mehr
  • Konfigurationen innerhalb von Intranet Systemen wie beispielsweise SharePoint Online und Staffbase sowie Durchführung von Systemschulungen für Kundenteams sowie zukünftige Editoren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Experten aus den Bereichen Interne Kommunikation und Change Management zur Entwicklung ganzheitlicher Lösungen



Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt BWL, digitale Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Digitalisierung sowie Begeisterung für interne Kommunikation und Microsoft 365
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, insbesondere in SharePoint und Teams – idealerweise auch in der Konfiguration und Administration
  • Know-how in der Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeptentwicklung, z. B. in Form von Sitemaps oder Informationsarchitekturen
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen für Workshops und Kundentermine
