Your Tasks
- Entwicklung und Gestaltung digitaler Interfaces unter Berücksichtigung aktueller UX/UI-Best Practices
- Erarbeitung kreativer Leitideen und Bildwelten für Kampagnen, insbesondere in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Copywritern und Creative Conceptern
- Eigenständige Umsetzung von Kundenbriefings: von der Konzeption (z. B. Entwicklung einer übergreifenden Leitidee) bis hin zur Ausarbeitung einzelner Assets
- Erstellung von Styleguides und modularen Designsystemen
- Visuelle und konzeptionelle Unterstützung bei Pitches und Präsentationen sowie Erstellung bzw. Design Support für Präsentations-Decks
- Gestaltung von ansprechenden Visuals, die strategische und kreative Ideen transportieren
- Moderation des UX/UI-Parts in Workshops sowie aktive Beratung von Kunden zu Designkonzepten und kreativen Lösungen
- Beobachtung von Trends und Innovationen im digitalen und visuellen Bereich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Projekte und Kunden
Your Profile
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich UX/UI-Design und/oder Creative Design in digital getriebenen Unternehmen oder Agenturen
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Design- und Visualisierungsprogrammen (Adobe CC, Figma)Kreatives und konzeptuelles Denken mit einem guten Gespür für Storytelling, Bildwelten und Markenästhetik
- Souveräner Umgang mit KI-gestützten Tools (z. B. für Ideation, Visualisierung oder Research) und das Verständnis, wie sich damit kreative und operative Prozesse effizienter gestalten lassen
- Kenntnisse in Usability-Methoden und UX-Design, verbunden mit einer exakten, pixelgenauen Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Ideen für Kampagnen, gerne auch in interdisziplinären Teams (z. B. gemeinsam mit Copy, Strategie, Motion)
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, strategischer Blick für Kundenbedürfnisse und Lust, Projekte ganzheitlich voranzutreiben
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, überzeugendes und professionelles Auftreten
- Offenheit für Neues, vielseitige Inspirationen und die Fähigkeit, diese kreativ in Projekte einzubringen
- Teamgeist und Freude daran, gemeinsam an starken Konzepten und Designs zu arbeiten

Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.

You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.
