Your Tasks

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Produktdaten, Texten, Bildern und SEO-relevanten Inhalten in verschiedenen Shopsystemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Anpassung von Shopfunktionen, Zahlungs- und Versandmethoden oder Promotion-Regeln
  • Durchführung von Funktions- und Usability-Tests in Dev-, Staging- und Liveshops, inkl. Dokumentation von Fehlern und Verbesserungsvorschlägen
  • Mitarbeit bei Kundenprojekten durch Recherchen, Aufgabenkoordination und einfache technische Umsetzungsschritte
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Consultants, Entwicklern und Designern zur Qualitätsicherung unserer E-Commerce-Projekte 

Your Profile

  • Du studierst im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, (Online-)Marketing, Medien-/Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Informatik
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen, Online-Shops oder digitalen Projekten
  • Grundverständnis für E-Commerce & UX sowie Interesse an Online-Shops, Produktdarstellung, Usability und Conversion-orientierter Contentgestaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Grundkenntnisse in HTML/CSS sind ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
