Your Tasks
In unserem 12-monatigen Trainee-Programm wirst du Schritt für Schritt auf deine zukünftige Rolle als Projektmanager (m/w/d) vorbereitet. Du lernst, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Projekte zu steuern und Kundenbeziehungen aktiv mitzugestalten:
- Organisatorische Projektführung und kaufmännische Steuerung unserer Digital-Projekte im magischen Dreieck: Balance von Budget, Zeit und Qualität
- Aufgabenkoordination innerhalb deines Teams, Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung
- Dokumentation, Darstellung und Kommunikation der Projektfortschritte und der Ergebnisse
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Kundenterminen, Präsentationen und Workshops – mit dem Ziel, diese perspektivisch eigenständig durchzuführen
Your Profile
- Du befindest dich in den letzten Zügen deines Bachelor oder Masterstudiums oder hast es bereits abgeschlossen
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst stets den Überblick über das große Ganze
- Du bist begeisterungsfähig und bringst Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortlichkeit mit
- Du überzeugst mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und deinem souveränem Auftreten – auch auf Englisch
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert, bringst gerne kreative Ansätze ein und hast keine Scheu vor großen Zahlen – du behältst alles im Blick

Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.
In addition, every SUNZI has the opportunity to choose its place of work.

Commuter Ticket
In Hamburg, SUNZINET subsidizes the public transport ticket up to €40.00 gross per month.

Technical Equipment
You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.
