Your data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties as part of the applicant management process and will be processed for the purposes stated in this data protection declaration. We use a specialized software provider for the application process. This provider acts as a service provider for us and may also obtain knowledge of your personal data in connection with the maintenance and servicing of the systems. We have concluded a so-called order processing agreement with this provider, which ensures that the data processing is carried out in a permissible manner. Your applicant data will be viewed by the HR department after receipt of your application. Suitable applications are then forwarded internally to the department managers for the respective open position. The further procedure is then coordinated. For this purpose, your details may be forwarded to third parties within the company by e-mail or within the management system. The legal basis may be §26 para. 1 BDSG, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) as well as a) DSGVO. The transfer to third parties also takes place within the scope of commissioned processing pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO, i.e. within the scope of processing activities in which the controller has a legitimate interest in outsourcing processing activities that it is otherwise entitled to perform itself. For this purpose, the Controller shall take the measures to ensure compliance with the data protection provisions.
