Als Junior Business Development Manager (m/w/d) bei SUZINET unterstützt du unser Team bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden, entwickelst Bestandskunden weiter und lernst, wie man digitale Lösungen erfolgreich vermarktet. Your Tasks
- Du begleitest den Vertriebsprozess inklusive Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung in enger Abstimmung mit deinem Team
- Du betreust Kundenbeziehungen bis zum Vertragsschluss, die sich aus den Outbound- und Inbound-Maßnahmen des Business Development Teams ergeben, und findest langfristig Potenziale für den Ausbau dieser Kunden
- Du analysierst die Ziele und Herausforderungen potenzieller Kunden, um passende Lösungen aus unserem Portfolio zu entwickeln und zu positionieren
- Du stehst im kontinuierlichen Austausch mit Marketing und Consulting, um Kampagnen zu optimieren und interne sowie externe Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln
Your Profile
- Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Sales oder Account Management (z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit oder erste Jobs)
- Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot, Salesforce o. ä.)
- Begeisterung für digitale Themen und den Wunsch, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
- Struktur, Teamgeist und Lernbereitschaft zeichnen dich aus
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.
