Als Werkstudent im Business Development (m/w/d) bei SUZINET unterstützt du unser Team bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden, entwickelst Bestandskunden weiter und lernst, wie man digitale Lösungen erfolgreich vermarktet. Du möchtest im Business Development durchstarten und brennst für digitale Themen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams!
Your Tasks
- Netzwerk & Akquise: Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Pflege unseres Netzwerks – durch Recherche, Eventvorbereitung und digitale Interaktion (z. B. auf LinkedIn). Dabei hilfst du, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren.
- Lead Management: Du arbeitest mit Leads aus Marketingkampagnen und Partnerlisten, pflegst diese im CRM-System und unterstützt bei der Qualifizierung potenzieller Kunden.
- Kampagnen & Analyse: Gemeinsam mit dem Marketingteam beobachtest du laufende Kampagnen, analysierst Ergebnisse und hilfst dabei, datenbasierte Empfehlungen abzuleiten.
- Sales Support: Du unterstützt den Vertriebsprozess – von der Vorbereitung von Terminen und Präsentationen bis zur Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen.
- Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Marketing und Consulting zusammen, um Prozesse und Strategien kontinuierlich zu optimieren.
Your Profile
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Marketing, Sales und Entrepreneurship oder Account Management von Vorteil
- Begeisterung für digitale Themen und ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Lernbereitschaft
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
