Your Tasks

 

Are you passionate about digital marketing and want to not only use data, but also understand it? Then you've come to the right place. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on web analytics and search engine optimisation who is enthusiastic about data, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

What you can expect: 
- Pure variety: In addition to your focus on web analytics & SEO, you will have interfaces to all disciplines of digital marketing – from SEA and conversion rate optimisation to marketing automation & CRM.
- Practical experience: Collaboration in the design and implementation of marketing strategies, from the creation of tracking concepts to SEO audits & optimisations for search engines and LLMs, and advising our customers.
- Responsibility from day one: Direct customer contact and technical consulting are just as much a part of the job as developing and implementing holistic marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities:
- Developing tracking concepts and implementing them using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Matomo Analytics or comparable solutions.
- Setting up website and shop tracking and creating meaningful dashboards and reports.
- Collaboration in the setup, monitoring and optimisation of campaigns (SEA, social ads, display, video, native ads).
- Creating audits, competition and potential analyses on a technical and editorial level.
- Topic and keyword research for the development of SEO strategies at the content level.
- Ongoing SEO optimisation in web interfaces (TYPO3, Wordpress, Shopware, Drupal, JavaScript).
- Support for relaunches and briefing on technical SEO measures
- Monitoring and reporting of KPIs with regard to performance marketing & SEO
- Active participation in various digital marketing disciplines (focus: web analysis & tracking; also performance marketing, marketing automation, conversion rate optimisation)
- Direct communication with customers to develop and implement solutions and present results. 

 

Your qualifications

 

- Initial experience: 2+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or other tracking and analysis tools or SEO measures – whether through your studies, training or initial professional experience.

- Basic technical understanding: Terms such as tracking pixels, cookies or hreflang do not scare you – they spark your curiosity.

- Analytical thinking: You love working with numbers and data, identifying trends and deriving optimisations from them.

- Initiative: You have the drive to familiarise yourself with new topics independently and contribute your own idea

- Communication: You are confident in communicating with customers and colleagues – whether by email, Teams or in person.

- Courage: You are keen to work actively with customers and do not hesitate to put forward and try out your own ideas.
