Your Tasks

Architect and Implement Advanced Salesforce Solutions: Propose the design and development of highly scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce and APIs.
Drive Complex Integrations: Take ownership of complex integrations, ensuring seamless communication between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Innovate & Optimize: Identify areas for improvement in existing Salesforce applications and spearhead initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Lead Quality Assurance: Drive quality management and ensure that all custom solutions meet our highest standards, optimizing for scalability, security, and performance.
Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously evaluate new Salesforce technologies and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table to push the boundaries of what's possible.

Your qualifications

Extensive Salesforce Experience : You have at least 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs) and possess deep technical expertise in architecting complex solutions.
Advanced Technical Skills : You have a strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud solutions, including the design and implementation of highly integrated Salesforce ecosystems.
Leadership Abilities : Experience leading projects and mentoring junior developers, with a proven ability to influence technical direction and deliver high-impact results.
Problem-Solving Expertise : You approach challenges analytically and strategically, thinking long-term and ensuring solutions are scalable and future-proof.
Communication Skills : Fluent in English (writing and speaking), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
German would be a bonus.
Self-Starter : You take initiative and ownership, work autonomously, and thrive in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
