Als Project Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Employee Experience & Internal Communication bei SUNZINET bist du eigenverantwortlich für das ganzheitliche Management von Intranet-, App- und Digital-Workplace-Projekten unserer Kunden zuständig. Dein Fokus liegt auf Projektmanagement sowie der aktiven Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen.
Your Tasks
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Kundenprojekte, Kampagnen und das interdisziplinäre Team
- Du übernimmst die Planung, Steuerung und Realisierung unserer Projekte
- Du erstellst Kalkulationen, Präsentationen, Projekt-Timings und Angebote
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung im magischen PM-Dreieck „Budget, Time and Quality“
- Du behältst die Projektziele für unsere Kunden stets im Blick
Your Profile
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und Controlling sammeln – idealerweise in agilen, digitalen Projekten
- Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel & SharePoint Online) sind dir vertraut
- Du überzeugst durch sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Themen der internen Kommunikation – z. B. Stakeholder-Management, Kommunikationskonzepte, Intranet oder Apps.
- Du kommunizierst und präsentierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch

Home Office
We give you the opportunity to work in the mobile office several days a week. There are fixed onsite days in the agency, such as one team or location day per week and two cross-team agency days per month.

Technical Equipment
You can choose between a Macbook Pro and a Windows-based device (e.g. Surface / Surface Laptop) as well as the IDE (e.g. PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code or NetBeans), the second 34 inch monitor is available if required to.

SUNZINET is happy to support dog owners and allows dogs to be brought into the agency, provided that all colleagues in the office agree.
